LEE COUNTY (May 1, 2025) - On April 30, 2025, at approximately 9:00am, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office assisted by Federal Probation Officers and the Department of Homeland Security executed a search warrant for a residence located in 400 block of Lee Road 436 in Phenix City, AL, in reference to an ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children) tip received. Multiple electronic devices were recovered from the residence, including a cell phone. Investigators located multiple images from a cell phone depicting pornographic images juvenile females and males that appeared to be under the age of 18.
As a result of the investigation Bryan Kelly Blackwood (41) from Phenix City has been arrested and charged with 10 counts of Possession of Child Pornography. He is being held in the Lee County Jail on a $100,000.00 bond. Additional charges are expected.
